The limits of inclusion in education of Roma children within the Czech education system are topic of the text. It is showed what's happened when the Roma pupils enter into the education system; how school social environment reacts to him and how Roma children and their parents negotiate with the school institution and its participants.
When we solve Roma inclusion, the pupil's identity is the core category. It is important to Roma child was identified as the pupil, not only as a Roma child.
The identification process has to be realized not just on the level of the school, but also in family of child and in intrapsychic level. The core of inclusion of Roma child is in admission the pupil identity and its internalisation by child and its parents.
