Abstract
The paper focuses on school environment and schooling in relation to criminal tendencies of an individual. At first it is concerned with an impact of family on child from schooling point of view, including the so called language coding scheme.
Afterwards it considers aspects of formation of social patterns and aproach to authorities, child's personality, interaction with coevals and group-being. It aims to show some features usually less taken into consideration when thinking about one's criminal evolution.
