Domestic violence in the perspective of the international comparison

Abstract

The paper analyzes the position of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic in terms of the prevalence of partner violence in the data of the international FRA project. It captures the development of the Czech Republic and notes a considerable stability in the field of attitudes.

A specific problem is the perception of the legitimacy of sexual violence in a partnership relationship.
