Abstract

This paper presented a comparative analysis of profiles of workers providing early childhood education and care in Europe in terms of ensuring and promoting inclusion in pre-school institutions. The paper was presented in the frame of the 70th OMEP World Assembly and Conference, the world conference on early childhood education and care.
