Abstract
The article deals with the problematic aspects in the application of criminal liability for the offense of Infringement of Copyright, Rights Related to Copyright and Rights to Databases under Section 270 of The Criminal Code. The elements of crime of this offense are linked to the general regulation of Copyright law, which is largely influenced by EU law.
The author focused on the issue of unauthorized interference in the situation of dissemination of the author's work, taking into account recent judicial jurisprudence, as well as the question of the intensity of such an intervention.
