"The Lord of the Hradschin". On Franz Spunda's historical novel about Charles IV

Abstrakt

While Franz Spunda is generally considered to be a follower of the National Socialists, the essay shows that in his historical novel "The Lord of the Hradschin" quite a positive picture of the formative of the Czech lands interculturality is drawn, which is incompatible with the National Socialist ideology.
