Abstrakt
This paper consists of confrontational analysis of two Czech translations of Blok's famous poem The Twelve into Czech. Focusing on two translations, one by Bohumil Mathesius from 1925, which was considered canonical for many generations of Czech readers, and the most recent by Lubor Kasal from 2016.
