Possibilities of using a book with child in pre-school age

Abstract

The chapter defines the child's development of early literacy and understanding the text. It deals with developmental bibliotherapy, criteria for choosing the right story, basic principles and procedures of working with the book (motivation, reading, discussion, follow-up support activities).
