Interconnection of the coordinate system tasks with other areas of mathematics

Abstract

The paper presents several tasks that interconnect the Cartesian coordinate system with other areas of mathematics. These tasks were created within the OP VVV project, the SC2 challenge, the Mathematical Literacy module, and presented during the workshop at the conference Two Days with Mathematics Education 2018.

There are also mentioned the experiences with use of the tasks during lessons at grammar school.
