Abstract

The main goal of this paper is to identify factors that can determine in advance the quality of social participation of pupils with CP in elementary schools in Serbia. The study includes 75 children with cerebral palsy between six and twelwe years who are attending primary schools from the first to the sixth grade in four areas in the Republic of Serbia.

The results show a detailed insight into the level of social participation of students with CP in Serbian primary schools and explain potential factors that can influence their social participation: the level of gross motor functions, manipulative skills, cognitive status and age of students.
