Abstrakt
The paper examines some aspects of the legal framework of business in the Bohemian Lands during the Nazi Occupation. It describes analogies and discrepncies between Czech and Germ Stock Law and focuses on the regulations modifying the stereotypes inherent in the functioning of the companies.
