Constitutional government without electoral legitimacy: Brasil and the problem of vicepresidential governing

Abstract
The article analyses a peculiar Brazilian political phenomemon, i. e. the frequent rule by vicepresidents. It tackles it from the linzian approach and concludes confirming that presidential regime isn't a good institutional framework for solving the political crisis.
