Abstract
In three consecutive parts (Part I. Poland reforms higher education: adds to PhD students and distributes schools to academic and vocational schools; Part II European experts recommend a radical reform of Polish higher education; Part III New Polish law: more power to rectors, less for faculties) we have extensively described, explained and analysed the course of preparation and approval of the new Polish Higher Education and Science Act.
It represents the beginning of the reform of higher education in Poland.
