Abstract
Comments on two Articles of Rom II Regulation No 864/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11. 7. 2007 on the law applicable to non-contractual obligations concernig the choice of the rule laws with regard to negotiorum gestio (Art. 11) and culpa in contrahendo (Art. 12). Comments deal with object and purpose of the articles, legislative history, definition of the main notions, analyses of the rules of regulation, including renvoi and ordre public and the scope of applicable law.
