Restricted Protection of the Lawfulness Concerning Binding Opinions from the Constitutinal Law Perspective

Abstract

The article is focused on the paragraphs 9, 10 and 11 which were supplemented to the section 4 of the Building Act by its latest great amendment and imposed restrictions on the review of the lawfullness concerning binding opinions. The article deals with the question whether the three paragraphs may be contrary to the Czech constitutional law.
