Reimbursement of Costs for Activities Imposed under the Building Act

Abstract

The paper is devoted to the issue of financial contribution, that serves to reimburse the costs of the owner of a building or land for the implementation of the imposed adaptations. Attention is also focused on the legal regulation of reimbursement of the costs for the demolition of the construction or the execution of the securing works, which the building offi ce ensured by the building entrepreneur.
