Current View on Mutual Collaboration between Plants and Their Pollinators

Publication at Faculty of Science |
2018

Abstract

Plant-pollinator interactions are presented here as a less idyllic relationship than is usually seen in textbooks. We emphasise the investments of both partners, often in-cluding asymmetry and some more complicated examples.

We also focus on the partnership's origin and co-evolution, as well as on the general specialisation and generalisation of these interactions in pollination networks.
