Demographic aspects of reproductive health in Europe: costs of childbearing postponements and increasing use of ART

Abstract

The aim was to provide an overview of the backgrounds and the pros and cons of the rising age at first birth. Related aspects of reproductive health was highlighted, in particular increasing costs of childbearing including increasing use of assisted reproductive technology.
