Abstract
Once again the new EU Member States stand against the old ones. In 2003, Central Europeans surprised Germany and France with their positive attitude to the wars of the Bush administration.
Although these wars have now been recognized as reasons for the disintegration processes in Iraq and Syria. However, the collective memory lasted only briefly.
For ten years after their activist attitude, the Czech Republic and the other Visegrád states are to reject a European solution to the refugee crisis.
