Abstract

The aim of the paper was to present a research that verifies approaches aimed at improving the cooperation of faculty teachers and didactics in conducting continuous student practice at faculty schools with the Step by Step programme. This research reflected students' work in continuous teaching practice in terms of school development and building a learning community.

The benefits and problems of innovative approaches in mentoring and reflective practice were reflected.
