Abstract
Questionnaire for a sociological survey allows to determine environmental preferences of population, i.e. the attractiveness of reclaimed and succession forests for recreation and the restoration quality of forest, or the ability of the environment to restore man's cognitive ability and mood. The questionnaire contains verified measures of environmental preferences and restoration quality and a number of variables mediating the effect of different forest types on environmental preferences.
