Abstract
The article deals not only with business corporations with state participation, but also with state-owned enterprises. It asks how the law imposes on them a special information duty and whether the breadth of their information duty is consistent with the constitutional order if we regard them as private legal entities.
In detail, the article focuses on the Contract Register Act and the Freedom of Information Act.
