The round table on "tailor-made laws" was dealing with this phaenomenon in the public law of the Czech Republic and Italy. The issue was outcome of the cooperation between the Department of Administrative Law, Charles University and Department of Law, University of Naples "Federico II".
Several recent "tailor-made laws" were discussed by the participants and their impact for the traditional perception of legislation. The papers will be published in a special issue of "The Lawyer Quarterly".
