Abstract

The contribution focuses on the interpretation of sec. 188 in conjuction sec. 196(1) CC. The author concludes that law does not limit legal capacity of liquidated legal person, nor limit representative's authorization, but only defines an interest of liquidated legal person which its representatives shall respect in negotiations.
