Abstract
The report deals with the conference which took place on Friday, 7 December 2018, at the premises of Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague, and summarizes each speaker's contribution. The main topic of the conference was the business law in case law of not only the Czech courts.
Within this topic the authors chose a Czech or foreign court decision, analysed it and critically evaluated it. The authors debated many interesting issues, including e.g. the execution of position of director in daughter company by an employee of mother company, the business judgment rule, voidability and nulity of resolution passed in general meeting of shareholders, services provided by Uber, the distribution of profits, the vote buying, the substitution of declaration of will of shareholder or the recourse action of avals.
