Seizure of not indebted spouse's bank account by enforcement officer

Abstract

This article deals with actual topic of seizure of bank account of that spouse who is not responsible for debt created by other spouse. Enforcement officers as well as civili courts face many problems linked to this issue and it needs to be said that legislator passed a legal regulation which is really difficult to work with.
