Extensive research proves that leadership is becoming a key issue in the civic sector and one of the biggest challenges faced by the voluntary and non-profit sector both in Europe and in North America. What do we know and what can we say about attracting and building ethical, value-based leadership that would succeed moving the philanthropic sector forward in the coming decades?
