Abstract
The study deals with Karel Havlíček Borovský'estate from a textological perspective. It analyzes variants of his extant fictional texts and points to an absence of limitations in their publication.It also notes the censorship interventions and ideologically and aesthetically correlative alteration, that affected the first editions of the poet's work
