Abstract
The article provides brief examination of legal aspects of problems, which cause the continuing fragmentation of landscape. The article deals from the practical reasons only with fragmentation caused by roads.
Czech legislation does not content any provision, which would deal with this issue specifically and the author has to deal with with more relevant provisions, which are on the other side more general formulated.
