Abstract
This study on spiritual and sacral places examines the perception of landscape from the point of view of the young people in Brno and Ústí regions. Spiritual and personally important places are in the core of the research: places not always linked with traditionally Church structures.
On the contrary, such (re)constructed places are often intertwined with the nature. Funeral places and roadside memorials were included too.
Also historical and important landscape points were analysed within the delimited regions, including the surroundings of the cities Brno and Ústí nad Labem. The results point to specific differences between two regions because of historical, identity and sense of place reasons.
