The fifth, updated and substantially expanded edition of Labour Law in Points with Examples aims to contribute with its practical approach to teaching and interpreting labour legislation. It explains the basic issues of individual labour law through the concise definitions and illustrative examples.
The publication takes into account the state of legislation as of 1 January 2019 and is intended for all who apply labour law regulations, especially students of law, personnel and legal practice, etc. Author team led by doc.
