Legitimacy of Consensual Sexual Violence: The View of the Czech Public and Legal Aspects

Abstrakt

The ontribution shows data from a representative survey of the Czech public (survey realized in 2017) and pays attention to attitudes towards violence, including rape in an intimate relationship and violent consensual sex, perception of some kinds of consensual and nonconsensual sexual violence.
