Abstract
The article exlores three types of aporia in the concept of human rights. It is the aporia concerning historical condition of their origin, the aporie regarding their universal form and particular content, a the aporia expressing the structural gap in their concept.
To eliminate the mentioned aporia means that we recast some starting assumptions in their construction.
