Abstract
The content of this work will be a proposal of principles governing the performance of the profession of ski instructor, especially setting the conditions for the legitimate exercise of the profession, specification of professional qualifications, classification of qualifications in terms of their level and the resulting conditions for granting a trade license. setting the conditions for compulsory professional liability insurance, conditions for the operation of ski schools, conditions for the recognition of qualifications from other countries - that is, in summary, a comprehensive proposal to address issues that have not yet been properly regulated. The aim of this work is not to create unnecessary barriers or unnecessarily administratively redundant duties for the parties involved, but to propose real applicable and conceptually uniform rules, which are necessary for the profession and in other countries with ski history have long been an inherent standard.
The proposed principles should be applicable as a basis for the relevant competent authorities and organizations concerned in relation to the profession in question.
