Abstract
In the article, I am also responding to the previous blog post of the Vice-President of the OS in Zlín regarding the possibility of repeated appointment of judicial officers. In the article itself, I refute the conclusions of this previous paper, as well as analyze the currently pending proposal to amend the Law on Courts and Judges, which aims to comprehensively regulate the selection and appointment of court presidents and vice-presidents.
