Abstract
Artificial intelligence (AI) in medicine is already taking part in clinical decision support systems and it can be presumed that its importance in this area will keep growing. The aim of this paper is to provide an analysis of civil liability for personal injury caused by the AI and to suggest its possible conceptual solutions based on contemporary Czech law.
