Efficacy of trifluridine / tipiracil in a pre-treated patient with generalized sigma cancer

Abstract

Trifluridine / tipiracil is registered for the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer (CRC) pre-treated with fluoropyrimidines, oxaliplatin and irinotecan, anti-VEGF and anti-EGFR antibodies, or in patients unsuitable for this therapy.
