Abstract
The report discusses the congress of the European Legal Forum on Snow Law held in Italy at the end of 2018. It provides an overview of the authors' sessions, information about them, the aims and conclusions of the congress, and briefly documents responses to the author's contribution the current state of legislation and jurisprudence in the field of ski law in the Czech Republic and the implementation of the legislative plan "Safe movement in the mountains".
In the second part he brings a loosely translated interview with the founder and ideological creator of the congress ex-Prosecutor G. Avella.
