The topic of the presented study is connected to the field of human resources in organizations, an object of continuous research fot the Department of Sport Management at Charles University. The research itself utilized an online version of the REFLEX questionnaire, which was developed by experts on sociology, education economy, and labour market economy from 15 European countries and Japan and was modified for each country by multicultural translation.

The results show that most graduates continued in a job they started during their studies. Those looking for a new job found it within 4 months.

With regard to socioeconomic status evaluation, the graduates were slightly below wage average for postgraduate programme graduates in the Czech Republic. Their wage average was roughly EUR 907, while the wage average for university graduates in the Czech Republic is EUR 1107.

The results also show wage differences to the disadvantage of women. There were also wage differences between individual regions and Prague, i.e. according to the place work, to the advantage of those working in Prague.

The level of job satisfaction increased as a result of connection to he field of study, wage level, and the worker's position in the company hierarchy.
