Abstract
Chronic pain in a patient with drug addiction is always stressful. Therefore, it is essential to choose the correct treatment of such pain.
Two case reports are presented to provide a clear illustration of the way in which mental disorders, in dependence on the duration of drug use and age, can influence the progress of chronic pain therapy, as well as showing doctors' different approaches to managing chronic pain and its causes
