Abstract
The study was requested by the National Institute for Education in connection with the reform of the National Curriculum Core Document, the Framework Education Program for Basic Education. The study deals with the basic principles of the Czech version of psychosocial education incorporated in the program in the form of a cross-curricular theme "personal and social education".
It contains the following subtopics: The international context of the cross-curicullar theme. 2. The concept of the PT in contemporary Czech curricular documents. 3.
Proposal to change PT in revised curricular documents.
