Abstract
Scientific conference held under the auspices of JM Rector of Charles University, prof. MUDr.
Tomáš Zima, DrSc., Held on 16 - 17 December 2019 in Prague as part of the Progress Q04 program "Law in a Changing World". The aim of the conference was to offer various retrospective views on law and other related phenomena that have determined the life of our society in the last three decades.
However, the predictions of other possible changes in law were also no less important in the face of the different challenges that contemporary society faces.
