The legal monograph entitled Legal Acts and Procedural Acts, Relationships and New Aspects, focuses on the dynamic aspects of private law and civil procedural law, namely the legally relevant activity in private law and civil procedure. On the example of the chapter Autonomy of will in civil contentious proceedings or about procedural contracts and their place in contentious proceedings (not only) through current recodification efforts, or chapter Problematic Aspects of Smart Contracts we can observe joint effort of authors to thematize legal and procedural acts relations (as well as mutual relations of branches of law) and their new aspects.
Collective monographs by several authors, young scientific researchers, offer an opportunity to reflect on topics that may further resonate. In the monograph it is possible to find texts dealing mainly with doctrinal, other and practically oriented chapters.
The publication is intended for a wide range of readers who want to orientate themselves in selected problems of the dynamic aspects of contemporary private law and civil procedural law, but do not settle for a narrow view.
