A presentation of a guest professor Roman Kuhar in frame of the Thursday Sociological Seminars series. - Paper presents an analysis how so called neo-conservative actors use gender and LGBT rights or issues as a tool for advocacy of their agenda, but also to spread panic and fear among the public and the political stakeholders.
