Abstract
The aim of this text is to present the concept of intersectionality as a prerequisite to conduct of complex research, presenting a current challenge not only for legal research but also for its feminist critique, in the light of feminist critique of law as a whole. The chapter also contributes to a collection of Czech-language literature in the field of feminist critique of law, which has yet to fully developed its potential.
