Abstract
The contribution deals with the decision-making activities of the Czech administrative courts in the domain of the environmental protection in the last few years. It is focused especially on the role of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic in the unification of the decision making of the courts.
Special attention is dedicated to the President of the Czech Republic "interests" in decision making of those administrative courts.
