Abstract
The article discusses several disputes before the Constitutional Court concerning the separation of powers. A common feature of the analyzed decisions is their precedential impact.
These are mostly decisions selected on the basis of an analysis of the case-law on Article 2 (1) of the Constitution, which resonate in the circles of both professional and lay public to this day.
