Abstrakt

The poster presents characterize and analyze three different types of research (TALIS 2013, MICHEK 2015, PĚNIČKA 2017) on the topic of motivating teachers for professional development and career growth. The poster aims to present the advantages and disadvantages of different research approaches and to appeal to the need for complexity in solving problems with different research approaches.
