Publication |
2019

Abstract

The authors characterize the church and general legal institute of asylum, sketch its development and changes over the course of two millennia and explain considerably different concepts of this instrument of saving unjustly prosecuted persons. Then they sketch out the concrete examples of Czech and German history of the 20th century that are being discussed by the various authors of the book.
