Abstract
Hypothyroidism is a common condition in population. Its clinical manifestation is complex included that of cardiovascular system.
It is associated with an increase in cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. This article reviews interrelationship between hypothyroidism and cardiovascular system from different aspects and also mentions some consequences of replacement therapy with levothyroxine.
